About Waves of Color

Waves of Color's mission is to support the next generation of women to become surf leaders, coaches, mentors, and competitors. Our organization is dedicated to creating welcoming spaces and opportunities for women to have access to scholarships surf & ocean education, resources, and surf skill development. At least 50% of scholarships and programs are committed to supporting Women of Color, fostering inclusivity and confidence in the surf world.
