About Way Housing Pvt. Ltd

Way Housing (Pvt.) Ltd. (WHL) began its journey in 2013 with the ambitious vision of making homeownership accessible to all under the theme "Apartment for All." The road, however, has not been without challenges. WHL launched its operations in Ramganj, a relatively underdeveloped area in the Lakshmipur district, where it has already successfully completed and handed over three projects—each maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction, all at the lowest possible price. Despite this success, one of the core challenges has been the product cost. While the pricing might be feasible for urban markets, it remains a hurdle in rural regions where purchasing power is significantly lower. Staying true to its mission and long-term vision, WHL aims to expand its housing projects to 300 Upazilas across Bangladesh by 2032—a bold and transformative goal. To achieve this, WHL is now focused on reaching the lower-middle-class demographic in rural areas by drastically reducing production costs. This has sparked a new ambition within the organization: to become the market cost leader in affordable housing across the country.
