Our Mission is clear; “To deliver an exceptional experience that customers trust and advocate, to represent our franchise partners successfully and to build class leading environments for every member of our team” The company was established by John O'Hanlon, former CEO of Ridgeway Group which represented many premium franchises in the South of England. Waylands commenced business in November 2017 with its first franchise, Volvo in Reading. The company aims to grow steadily to achieve sufficient scale to compete with the industry's biggest players but to maintain representation that has the feel and culture of a local dealership. We believe that our relationship with our customers goes far beyond the initial purchase of the car. It is highly important to us that we deliver on our promises and offer full transparency to deliver an exceptional experience. We believe in ensuring every member of our team gets the right development journey for them. With dedicated in-house and manufacturer training programmes available, we encourage our staff to take pride in their work and remain committed which is reflected in the excellent level of service we offer. We understand that buying a car is a significant and emotional experience. At Waylands we aim to deliver straightforward advice to make sure customers get the most appropriate vehicle, financed in the best way to suit their circumstances.
