Wealth International is regulated and authorised by the MFSC as a Category 1 Global Business under the Financial Services Act 2007 and holds and Investment Adviser (Restricted) Licence issued by the MFSC under Section 30 of the Securities Act 2005, Rule 5 of the Securities (Licensing) Rules 2007 and the Financial Services (Consolidated Licensing and Fees) Rules 2008. • The service of Wealth Mauritius is to provide advice, guidance and recommendations on investments in collective investment funds and portfolios managed by international discretionary investment managers (DIM). • Wealth Mauritius will recommend suitable investment managers or collective investment funds run by international fund managers to meet the client’s investment requirements. • Wealth Mauritius will provide ongoing advice, guidance and recommendations to the client in relation to the investment portfolios that the client has arranged with the manager. This will include, performance monitoring and regular client reviews to ensure the ongoing “Suitability” of the portfolio for the client.
