Wealthspring Capital is an investment advisory firm that offers unique investment strategies to advisors, sophisticated high net-worth investors and family offices. We look for anomalies in the system that can be turned into investing opportunities. We believe Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) represent an anomaly and aim to be an industry leading investor capitalizing on their structure. The firm's SPAC based strategy uses separately managed accounts, and is called US Treasuries + Alpha® with SPACs.
