weave & seed, a real estate practice jobs and careers

About weave & seed, a real estate practice

We serve our clients all along their journeys; from the downtown condo to the cabin in the woods, from the mid-century renovation to the rural or urban farm, and from the garage-to-ADU conversion to the cottage cluster development project (and we’ve got experience on the team in just about all of it). We’re a small, values-oriented, tight-knit team of licensed real estate brokers. We’ll help you buy or sell when it’s time for either, while we’re also here to help you grow your relationship with space, place, projects, community, and home. weave & seed was created to practice real estate in the ways that align with our values and our purpose. We integrate everything we know about real estate into our work and we strive to put equity & earth first.
