About Web Happens

Web Happens is a small, senior technical partnership working with UK businesses that rely on software and data. We work alongside leadership teams and in-house developers when technology decisions start to feel unclear - often in the context of rising expectations, new tools, and a lot of noise around AI. Our role isn’t to replace internal teams or push pre-packaged answers. It’s to help teams think clearly, work through options, and shape solutions that fit their context - deciding what’s worth doing, what isn’t, and how to move forward sensibly. We bring over 40 years’ combined experience and work deliberately as a pair. Our different but complementary styles help keep decisions balanced - combining big-picture thinking with realism, attention to detail, and methodical follow-through. We deliberately work with a small number of clients so we can stay close to the detail and accountable for outcomes.
