Our partner company, Customized Lenders Services (CLS), serves the mortgage lending industry with the coordination of services related to the mortgage closing process. CLS provides these bundled services on a local, state and national level, with direct operations in New York State and affiliations nationwide. We are the largest independently owned Abstract and Title Insurance company in Western New York. We believe that comes with a serious responsibility to our team members, to our community and to our client and vendor partners. We have a team that is well trained, experienced, and customer focused. Being a business in the greater Rochester area and New York State is important to us. Our ownership group lives here and so do our team members. We don’t outsource internationally because we want our community to succeed. We understand the importance of innovation. We have invested in technological upgrades to our systems and our facilities to make sure our client partners get what they need, when they need it. Finally, we believe in helping those who need it most. We have donated to local charitable organizations in need throughout our history.
