About Weda Resort
Exactly halfway between our Divers Lodge Lembeh and the Raja Ampat islands you will find Weda Bay, East coast of Central Halmahera. Where..? Indeed, this is the last white spot on the Indonesian dive map. One of the very few areas that never have been affected by fish bombing. In this heart of the heart of the Coral Triangle we are happy to open our Weda Resort. Under water: everything from pygmy pipehorse to giant grouper, from steep walls to lovely shallow coral gardens. Above the surface: primary jungle, caves, lakes, rivers and a very rich bird life. At the moment we have 2 bungalows but we plan to build 7 bungalows. For next year April-may we can guarantee 5 bungalows. The bungalows are made of simple materials and are cool inside, even at the hottest moment of the day. Modern comfort with hot showers and 24 hour electricity (all solar power). 10 steps from your terrace you are in the very clear and clean bay.
