The WeHeartHealth Foundation is a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization that spreads awareness to the healthier side of living for Multiple Sclerosis Patients. This is through nutrition, exercise, and wellness. With a team of specialized professionals in these fields, the WeHeartHealth foundation can operate on two platforms: www.WeHeartHealth.org and www.WeHeartHealth.com. WeHeartHealth.org is responsible for the philanthropic side of the organization. WeHeartHealth.com is responsiible for social and blog posting, company and brand collaborations, and daily exerices. After being founded by Demitrius Omphroy, the first player in Major League Soccer history, the WeHeartHealth Foundation has been rapidly growing in the Multiple Sclerosis world.
