We are retained in the early design phase so that we can assist the owner and architect with pre-construction planning, constructability reviews, value engineering, project phasing and critical path scheduling. This process results in less downtime for the owner’s operations, fewer changes during construction and an overall accelerated project completion; saving everyone time and money. An officer of our company works directly with the project manager and superintendent on scheduling, phasing and managing subcontractors on each project.
