Topics include internal and external communication, anticipating customer needs (including cultural and accessibility needs), resolving challenging situations, building successful teams and winning sales. The courses are all employer-led and have kept pace with changing customer and business needs through regular updating. Welcome to Excellence courses started in the hospitality and tourism sectors and we continue to be experts in this field.
