."Welding Engineering" has been founded with the aim to offer Your company QA/QC cand welding coordination services "Welding Engineering" professional staff has EWE and IWE certificates of qualifications (i.e. qualification is approved by the International Institute of Welding (IIW) document IAB-002-2000-EWF-409). High workers' skills and experience ensures an excellent quality of work performance. All staff has Level II Visual Testing certificates in accordance with EN 473 and PED 97/23/EC. Approval of welder qualification according to EN 287 and ASME IX in the customer's or our premises. The certification body is chosen by the customer. Welding, construction and maintenance works in following areas: •Petroleum industry; •Chemical industry; •Pharmaceutical industry; •Cellulose industry; •Marine industry; •PET; •Gas pipelines; •Nuclear Power; •Heat Networks; •Water supply; Welding, construction and maintenance works of various difficulty and purpose: •Installation, welding and maintenance of the technological pipeline; •Construction and welding of structural metal constructions; •Installation, welding and repair of the containers; •Welding of aluminium and stainless steel elements; •Disassembly of obsolete structures and equipment, or their replacement by new; •Ship hull welding. Welding coordination: •Contract evaluation •Assessment of technical requirements •Design assessment •Evaluation of the main materials and subsidiary consumables •Production planning •Equipment selection •Inspection planning •Organization of the welding process •Inspection (testing) •Assessment of the welded joints and dimensions •Preparation of supplementary documentation •Other tasks according to EN ISO 14731
