About Wellderness, LLC

Wellderness provides a mindful connection to Mother Nature. Experience a guided session in nature, where you’ll be invited to interact with the more-than-human world—calming your nervous system and leaving you refreshed. We offer public and private forest bathing and nature therapy sessions, as well as corporate team-building events, facilitating the connection between nature and the human experience. When was the last time you slowed down and noticed what nature is saying? Have you ever made friends with a tree? I wonder what it would feel like to just be under the sky.
