About WellMend

NanoCoil-enabled access is already deployed in live well environments to restore functionality in hydraulic control lines. The technology has been used to diagnose, access, and remediate small-bore control line systems without requiring production tubing retrieval — reducing downtime and avoiding full workover. Building on this proven foundation, the same access capability is now being applied to a wider set of well intervention challenges. These include: • Enabling chemical injection in existing wells • Accessing restricted flow paths for targeted intervention • Supporting through-tubing abandonment (TTA) operations At its core, the approach addresses a common constraint in late-life wells: Access. Many intervention challenges are not driven by the component itself, but by the inability to reach it without escalating to a full workover. NanoCoil technology changes that boundary — enabling intervention through 2–3 mm access paths across extended well geometries. This creates a practical alternative between: • No intervention • Full completion replacement Allowing operators to intervene earlier, more selectively, and at lower cost.
