We offer alternative interest based solutions to conflict resolution in the communities of Chelan and Douglas counties through mediation, facilitation, and training. We provide a constructive and collaborative approach where clients are empowered to resolve conflict and develop solutions that are realistic and long term, more often a win/win rather than a win/lose outcome. We operate in Chelan and Douglas counties and provide: -accessible and affordable services -professionally trained and certified mediators -collaborative and effective mediations and facilitations Mediators are unbiased, neutral third parties, who guide people in dispute through a structured negotiation process to resolve conflicts.
