About WePower a non-profit organization

WePower operates to promote gender equality and encourages female leadership with the goal of creating a sustainable egalitarian society with equal representation of 50:50 women and men since its establishment, especially since October 7th. Women must hold decision-making positions to influence crucial national decisions and directly and positively impact resource allocation. We must now concentrate resources and initiate economic, social, and cultural initiatives to bring about change promptly. The Accelerator Program, led by KEN Association's Chairperson, Dr. Orit Rishpil, precisely addresses this need.
