West Cox is the owner of West Cox Law Firm, LLC. His practice is focused on providing results in the areas of real estate litigation and transactions, probate and estate planning, business representation, and representation of governmental bodies. The West Cox Law Firm is based in Pendleton in the heart of the Upstate, however the firm has a reach throughout the State of South Carolina. The West Cox Law firm believes in servant leadership and is committed to helping its clients achieve their goals and meet their needs. Our office has a proven track record of honorable work, service to the community and trustworthiness. We believe the best way to serve our clients is to walk alongside them through each step of the legal process, serving as strong advocates for our clients. West is a graduate of Clemson University and the South Carolina School of Law. He previously served two terms in the South Carolina House of Representatives. West has previously earned placement on the South Carolina Supreme Court’s Pro Bono Honor Roll for providing more than 50 hours a year of pro bono service. West’s commitment to service and the community extends beyond his law practice as he is a member of the Piedmont Lions Club and volunteers with other organizations. He is married to Caroline and they have three children.
