West Nine Studio jobs and careers

About West Nine Studio

West Nine Studio is a design-led interior architecture and FF&E studio specialising in the delivery of high-value residential projects. We work with private clients, architects and developers where design quality, budget control and delivery clarity must operate together — not in isolation. Our expertise sits at the intersection of interior architecture, FF&E specification and procurement coordination, allowing us to act as a single point of accountability through one of the most commercially sensitive stages of a project. By structuring scope early, defining clear procurement strategies and maintaining disciplined commercial oversight, we help project teams: - protect design intent - reduce procurement risk - avoid scope creep - maintain control over programme and cost We are typically appointed on projects that require a design-led but commercially robust FF&E approach, particularly where clarity, accountability and calm delivery are essential. West Nine Studio works on a limited number of projects each year, ensuring focused involvement and consistent delivery from concept through to procurement and installation.
