About West Oxfordshire District Council

West Oxfordshire District Council is part of the Publica Group which delivers great services to local communities on behalf of their local council. Publica is owned by the councils and not shareholders, so we know our priorities and have strong values. At Publica we put people and our communities at the centre of everything we do. Importantly, we have the freedom to do things differently. We combine the knowledge, experience and skills of people from across our councils to innovate, modernise and become more flexible in how we deliver services. At West Oxfordshire District Council we provide services including waste and recycling collections, planning, housing, leisure, community safety and environmental health. Recommendations and connections made by staff linked to the Council are personal and cannot be attributed to the Council.
