Our firm also acts as Agents for First Nation, Inuit, Métis and other SCC litigants and Intervenors appearing before the Supreme Court . -Negotiation: including all aspects of negotiation between Indigenous entities, government and industry entities -Economic Development: including any legal advice provided to assist Indigenous entities with the development (and protection) of business opportunities. We also provide advice – in certain circumstances – to industry and government on effective economic development with Indigenous entities. -Strategic Advice: including band management, re-organization, and development of bylaws, government or individually led processes, etc. Our lawyers represent clients from across Canada, including Canada’s North.
