About Westbay Community Action, Inc.

Westbay Community Action is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people and changing lives across Kent County, Rhode Island. We provide a wide range of essential services—including early childhood education, senior nutrition, emergency assistance, and case management—to support individuals, single parents, and families during times of crisis. But we don’t stop at short-term relief. Our compassionate staff partners with each client to uncover the root causes of hardship and develop sustainable, long-term solutions. Through direct services and strategic referrals, we empower our community members to build stronger, more self-sufficient futures.
