About Westercamp Consulting LLC

I’m Tarrah Westercamp, a registered dietitian with over a decade of experience in school nutrition programs. My mission is to help schools transform their nutrition programs into thriving hubs that support students, staff, and communities. I’ve worked with school districts to increase meal participation, develop innovative nutrition education, and create programs that meet the unique needs of students. From allergy management to scratch cooking and creative marketing strategies, I provide personalized solutions designed to make school meal programs more impactful, efficient, and exciting. As someone who’s been in the trenches—preparing meals, managing allergies, training staff, and connecting with students—I know the challenges school nutrition teams face. That’s why I’m here to offer tailored guidance that helps you achieve your goals, improve program efficiency, and ensure your students are well-fed and ready to succeed. Let’s work together to make school nutrition the cornerstone of health and happiness in your community! Reach out today to learn how I can support your district.
