About Westerhope United Football Club
The football club was formed in April 2020, during the COVID pandemic. The first few months were a struggle as it was difficult to put teams together in lockdown, but we managed to create 5 teams, during our first year as a club. At the end of 2020 we also merged with Lemington Lions, which moved us up to 7 teams and we created an U23 team and Senior Team. In 2024 we have continued to grow, we now have 40+ teams from U6 to senior level. We are always looking for new players of all ages and enthusiastic coaches to help Westerhope United continue on this exciting journey.
