About Westerlands Farm

Westerlands is a nature-led destination for corporate offsites, leadership retreats, and team gatherings, set on a regenerative, family-run estate in the South Downs. Just 75 minutes from London and 30 minutes from the coast, our 500 acres of woodland and farmland offer space for clarity, creativity, and genuine connection—far from the demands of the office. We design tailored experiences that help teams think differently, recharge deeply, and reconnect with purpose. Our offering includes: • Private farm-stay accommodation for up to 30 guests (yurts, shepherd’s huts, handcrafted cabins, and cottages for up to 11), or a bell-tent festival village for up to 150 • A diverse range of creative spaces—from the Events Field and Club Room at our working stable yard, to The Gathering Hall and The Waterlands Room with a spring-fed Water Bar • Outdoor meeting spaces and quiet areas for reflection and focused thinking • Bespoke facilitated sessions for strategy, team bonding, and creative exploration Nature-immersive experiences to restore balance: • WildSpa sauna and cold plunge for deep restoration • WildFit outdoor movement sessions to energise and reset • BHS & ABRS+ accredited Equestrian Centre and government-approved alternative education provider, offering nature-based leadership and wellbeing experiences • Guided nature walks and regenerative farming tours • The Rose Room for treatments, workshops, and reflective work • Horsebox Café for nourishment, conversation, and connection Grounded in a 20-year vision endorsed by the South Downs National Park, Westerlands blends environmental stewardship with meaningful human experiences—offering organisations a place to pause, reconnect, and return with renewed focus. We're on a mission to do our best for the nature here. Because we believe that in so doing, nature pays us back at least tenfold.
