About Western Australian Nautical Initiatives - WANI

"Creative Community Collaborations." Concepts, creation, implementation, promotion and support of nautical initiatives throughout Western Australia. Western Australian Nautical Initiatives (WANI) is a community-driven organisation dedicated to fostering a vibrant maritime culture across Western Australia. Our mission is to create, implement, and promote collaborative projects that connect people of all ages with the state’s waterways. Through partnerships with sailing clubs, schools, businesses, and government bodies, WANI champions education, sustainability, and recreational opportunities that celebrate our rich nautical heritage. By combining innovation with community spirit, we aim to inspire lifelong engagement with marine activities and ensure safe, inclusive access to Western Australia’s coastal and inland waters.
