WSC is a new USC ratified club at Western University that aims to create a network of like-minded individuals interested in exploring sales as a career path. The Western Sales Club provides students with opportunities to expand their network and receive professional development in sales and the associated communication development, which are vital for the field. The Western Sales Club was founded to bridge the gap in sales education within post-secondary environments, recognizing that sales and communication skills are crucial for business and entrepreneurial success. Despite the fact that 50% of college graduates will at some point engage in sales roles, these skills are rarely taught or highlighted in academia.
