About Westmar Consulting

**Westmar Consulting** *Workforce AI Transformation | Ireland* Westmar Consulting helps organisations bridge the gap between AI tool adoption and real business value. Most teams are already using AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) without formal training, governance, or consistency. The result is wasted potential, compliance exposure, and a workforce that lacks the confidence to use AI effectively. We fix that. Our flagship programme, **Baseline AI Training**, gives every employee the foundational AI skills they actually need — built around the **4D Framework**: Delegation, Description, Discernment, and Diligence. Practical. Facilitated. Immediately applicable. No coding. No jargon. We work with HR managers, L&D leaders, Training managers, and SME founders who need a credible, structured answer to the question: "What's our AI training plan?" Delivery formats include: - Live facilitated sessions (in-person or Zoom/Teams) - Shared-cost cohort sessions for SME budgets - Self-paced e-learning via our own platform - Enterprise LMS integration (SCORM, LTI) Westmar is founded and led by Greg Heaslip PhD, Adjunct Teaching Fellow at Trinity College Dublin, with 30 years of operating experience - including a successful SaaS exit. Our training combines academic rigour with real-world pragmatism, and is aligned with EU AI Act Article 4 literacy obligations and Ireland's Digital & AI Strategy 2030. We work with organisations at every stage of the AI adoption journey, from early-stage SMEs supported by Local Enterprise Offices to mid-sized enterprises building structured AI capability across their workforce. Free monthly webinar: AI Skills for Teams: What Your People Actually Need — a live, 60-minute session hosted by Greg, open to HR, L&D, and Training managers. No sales pressure. Just a clear view of what practical AI training looks like. 📍 Ireland
