About Weston Associates, Inc.

Weston Associates, Inc. is a well-respected real estate development and management firm with broad experience in multi-family housing, assisted living, office and retail. While we are Boston-based and New England-focused, we do business across the United States. We have a number of exciting projects – office, residential and assisted living – currently under development or about to break ground. With an unblemished track record spanning over forty years, Weston Associates, Inc. can take a project from a conceptual state and carry it through all phases of development and management. Post-development, our expertise in asset and property management garners unparalleled results for our clients and business partners. In addition to our work in the development and management sector, Weston Associates, Inc. serves as an advisor and consultant to investment funds active in the real estate market. We provide consulting services for the analysis of property assets and the acquisition and disposition of real property. With over 40 years of experience in the affordable housing marketplace, we also possesses a highly capable Low Income Housing Tax Credit Consulting Department, which provides consulting and development services to a wide variety of clients from state housing agencies to non-profit/for-profit developers. The REAC Consulting division provides services such as REAC Inspections, REAC Preparedness, and Corporate Training for low-income housing and the healthcare industry (assisted living and nursing homes). If you value the rewards of careful planning, ingenuity, dependability and genuine hard work in turning opportunity into superior long-term results, we’d like to hear from you!
