We have strong expertise and a proven track record of investing in specialist alternative real estate sectors across Europe. We typically invest through joint ventures with developers and operators and can consider all entry points throughout different parts of the capital structure. We work with a select group of first-class operating partners and seek to provide flexible capital to invest in programmatic long-term relationships and joint ventures in our target sectors.
