A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is a procurement tool, similar to a framework, but new suppliers can apply to join at any time. This means a DPS can be a quick and effective compliant route to procure goods and services. Our DPSs are divided into workstreams and postcode areas, opening the door for SMEs and local contractors as well as providing a cost-effective route to market for users.
