About WHi Consulting Limited

WHi Consulting is specialist consultancy for healthcare and technology, building on proven expertise in accessing latent opportunities in health systems, capabilities and the people that work in them. We work with companies, organisations and governments to deliver their most important strategic, operational or organisational objectives; we regularly work in the UK, The Middle East, Australia and Americas. Understanding the requirements, culture and dynamics of various national and international health markets, WHi specialises in: - Accelerating, launching or supporting organisations needing refocus due to, for example, changes in the world around them; a shift from product to service; refreshed cultures, talent strategies, leadership capabilities and organisational structures being made better for purpose - Complex program set-up, rescue and delivery – revitalising mission critical programs and portfolios of organisational change or external delivery; staying with system wide programmes of change where heavy hitting, sustained delivery is required - Strategy translation and activation – balancing the benefits, risks and stakeholder needs to translate ‘up in the air’ strategies into business reality, supporting the often difficult choices required to get a sustainable, resilient outcome and return on investment. Priding ourselves on pragmatic, usable and hands on advisory support, WHi Consulting works with teams in providers, integrated health systems and life science & technology organisations, with a focus on delivering change that is resilient and sustainable. WHi Consulting has access to select associates and where appropriate will lead in delivering teams against programmes of work.
