About WHIT Education

WHIT is an AI-powered teaching and learning platform built to amplify great instruction—not replace it. Designed by educators, WHIT helps teachers see student thinking more clearly, respond more effectively, and reclaim time for what matters most: teaching. At its core, WHIT focuses on formative assessment, writing, reasoning, and feedback—the moments where learning actually happens. Students engage in authentic tasks like writing, debate, elaboration, and explanation, while WHIT provides real-time, standards-aligned support that strengthens thinking rather than short-circuiting it. For teachers, WHIT transforms student work into actionable insight: -Clear feedback aligned to rubrics and standards -Patterns of misconceptions at the class, school, and district level -Exemplars and next instructional moves—without hours of grading -For schools and districts, WHIT offers a human-centered alternative to surveillance EdTech: -No training AI models on student work -No student PII sent to language models -FERPA-aligned, privacy-first design -Built for scale, transparency, and trust WHIT isn’t about automation for its own sake. It’s about using AI to restore what education has always needed more of: clarity, feedback, mentorship, and time. Where timeless teaching meets the power of AI.
