About Whittier Realty Group

Whittier Realty Group is a boutique style agency which offers a unique approach to the purchase and sale of real estate in the St. Louis Metro area. Our specific areas of expertise are in West St. Louis and St. Charles Counties with an extensive portfolio and over 35 years of combined experience. The vision was, and continues to be, a personal approach to the business based on 100% client satisfaction. Our goal is to move away from the “cookie-cutter” approach of corporate real estate and toward the enhancement of the individual experience in regard to a purchase which carries so many emotional ties. The sale and purchase of a home is exciting, nostalgic and can certainly be frustrating at times. Our agency – firmly entrenched in your corner is an asset of significant value, which is exactly the foundation on which Whittier Realty Group is built. The company consists of experienced agents offering traditional-residential real estate, investment real estate, new construction, short sales and foreclosures. We specialize in helping with Real Estate Investment Planning. Whether it be home rehabilitation, searching for rentals for passive income, or turning your traditional investment plan into a Real Estate portfolio we are here to help guide you.
