About Why Minded LLC

We are a business consultancy specializing in Salesforce development to help SMBs break through barriers caused by limiting beliefs or gaps in areas of expertise. We believe providing clear, actionable guidance to team members will drive productivity, impact, and profits when paired with an intuitive interface. Our approach to client engagements starts with a discovery phase where we immerse ourselves in understanding every nuance of your business and establishing an SOP (standard operating procedure) with "standards" against which you can measure the performance of your team based on their roles and responsibilities. We then help you customize Salesforce to serve as the source of truth for all of your key operations so that you have a complete set of dashboards and reports. These will deliver clear, intuitive insights related that include but are not limited to: what are the priorities for the day, where are there inefficiencies in processes, what records (clients, deals, support tickets) are being handled effectively and which require attention, who are your top performers and who is underperforming, what activities are team members working on and what are they achieving with these efforts, etc. Next, we customize the UI/UX to ensure your Salesforce users are able to work efficiently and allow Salesforce to assist them in their daily work, rather than feeling that Salesforce is a burden on their time. We shadow users to understand their processes and identify ways to streamline operations by delivering the right information at the right time while filtering out irrelevant information that clutters layouts, creates frustration or confusion, and ultimately decreases efficiency. We implement solutions to UI/UX issues identified from shadowing users, and then make iterative improvements as needed once the enhanced UI/UX is put to use.
