About Whytell Agency

Whytell is a revenue operations and customer experience consultancy based in Lagos, Nigeria, working with businesses globally. We build the systems that sit between a business and its customers. The customer service infrastructure that retains people. The upsell frameworks that capture revenue already in the room. The sales processes that convert the leads businesses are already generating but losing somewhere between first contact and payment. Most businesses lose customers not because their product is bad, but because of what happens around the product. The experience after the sale. The follow up that never came. The complaint that went unanswered. The upgrade conversation that nobody had. That gap is what Whytell closes. What we build: Customer Experience System Build, We design and build a complete customer service system from scratch. Scripts, structure, escalation framework, response standards, KPIs, and team training. Delivered as a working system the team can run independently. Upsell and Revenue Conversion System, We identify the revenue sitting untouched in an existing customer base and build the system that captures it. Segmentation, conversation frameworks, scripts, timing protocols, and team training. Sales and Revenue Operations Retainer, Ongoing monthly support to maintain and compound the performance of both systems. Coaching, script refinement, performance review, and revenue accountability. Who we work with: Any business, any industry, any size, that sells a product or service to customers and is losing too many of them or not earning enough from the ones who stay. Restaurants. Retail. Tech companies. Professional services. Hospitality. Any business where the customer experience determines whether growth is sustainable. Where we operate: Based in Lagos. Working globally.
