About Whzan Digital Health

Whzan Digital Health supports connected care beyond hospital walls. Since 2011, we have worked with the NHS, local authorities and care providers to deliver simple, scalable remote monitoring across homecare, care homes and community services. Today, our technology is used in over 3,000 care settings across the UK, supporting more than 179,000 people and generating over 4.9 million vital sign readings. At the heart of Whzan is the Blue Box, a portable system that enables carers and clinicians to conduct digital health and wellbeing checks, capture vital signs, and complete assessments using NHS-validated frameworks such as NEWS2. This supports earlier recognition of deterioration, clearer communication, and more confident decision-making. Alongside this, Blue Box Lite provides a flexible approach to remote monitoring, enabling organisations to collect and review health information using existing devices or patient-reported readings. This supports scalable delivery across services, including virtual wards and community pathways. All data is shared through the Whzan platform, giving teams visibility of readings, trends and changes over time, and supporting collaboration between carers, clinicians and services. Our focus is simple.
