About WildStrong

WildStrong is a community of people who love the outdoors and want to move more. We run small group classes and workshops in beautiful locations where you can learn skills and movements for life and meet great people who live close to you. We believe enjoying the natural world can make exercise more meaningful, dynamic and freeing. Improving your mental and physical wellbeing. At the heart of WildStrong is the joy that comes from being part of a community, something bigger than ourselves. It’s about moving for the fun of it, because that’s what we are born to do.
