About Wildwood Coaching Limited

Our outplacement services offer hope to your employees during redundancy. We support you in doing the right thing by your people and your business. Breaking the news to people about redundancies is one of the hardest things you'll have to do in your HR career. I've managed redundancies in the past and know how difficult it can be. This is one of the reasons I want to support your people and give them the best opportunity to move forward after redundancy. I want you to know you’ve done all you can to help them with what happens next in their lives. My team and I have supported hundreds of clients over the years and see first-hand the impact Outplacement Support has on the lives of those at risk of or facing redundancy. We're here to help you: Offer the support people need and deserve when faced with losing their jobs. Conclude redundancies with compassion and empathy, ensuring people to leave with dignity and knowing they mattered. Uphold your company values and allow everyone to see you did the right thing to make a positive difference in people's futures. We deliver support on an individual and group basis both online and face to face using a network of trusted associates across the UK.
