About Will It Make The Boat Go Faster?

How many of us spend our time doing what's in front of us rather than the things that will make our boat go faster? Founded by Ben Hunt-Davis, MBE and Tom Barry, Will It Make the Boat Go Faster? is a performance consultancy business based in Hammersmith, London. Since 2012 we’ve used proven Olympic winning strategies to deliver business success for individuals, teams and organisations globally. At Will It Make The Boat Go Faster?, we help leaders and teams to define their ambition and translate this into simple, consistent, everyday actions for their employees. In everything we do, we want every employee to see a clear line of sight to the business goal, and be able to lift their performance towards it, leading to habitual excellence that directly makes the boat go faster.
