We focus primarily on analysing their portfolio needs, developing a strategy and concluding transactions to buy/sell/let/sub-let/finance the space they need on a national basis. We also arrange when necessary, for the outsourcing of lease administration, valuations, benchmarking, rent collection and property management through our recommended 3rd party providers.
