We purchase land and vacant buildings in up and coming neighborhoods and convert them into beautiful spaces to live. Our niche market is the young urban professional who has been flocking to Philadelphia's hot real-estate market since the early 2000's. We specialize in small unit developments that are affordable, luxurious, and great places to live. We own and manage apartment buildings in South and West Philadelphia.
