About Wilton Consulting Group

The Wilton Consulting Group is focused on facilitating sustainability and innovation in agri-food and rural systems through a change management approach. We focus all our work around three important foundations: Big Picture Thinking We see the 'art of the possible' in every situation. The world needs bold thinking and creative problem-solving based on 'what could be' rather than 'what we've always done before'. Tackling 'Wicked Problems’ Complexity is the driving force behind the pressing issues facing society today. We use our systems thinking and our deep research and analytical skills to build long term solutions. Building Trusted Relationships People and trust-based relationships are the key to solving and implementing solutions. We put people and community at the forefront of all our projects and work with our clients to form lasting relationships that work for the long and short term.
