About Windermere Vashon

Windermere Vashon is a family-owned real estate agency whose brokers and agents are deeply knowledgeable about local properties and the Vashon Island community. Our office opened its doors in 1948, making us Vashon’s oldest real estate brokerage. We’ve sold more homes than any other island realtor because we know the ins and outs of this unique market. We know the properties themselves, and we understand the real estate issues particular to this rural landscape. Our brokers are local experts who are energetic, resourceful and responsive to our customer’s needs.
