Windward Purchasing proceeded with the main goal of procuring the right products at the right price. Headed up by Director of Procurement, Niall Kelly with over 30 years of hotel and hospitality procurement experience, Windward Purchasing is one of the fastest growing companies within the hospitality procurement sector, with a buying power of over €150 MEUR per annum and servicing over 40 hotels nationwide.
