Since 2003, Winter Business Group Europe specializes in brand building consultancy for the global food & drinks industry. Our clients are food & drinks companies in on and off-trade markets. We assist them to build their brands, grow new markets, manage change and deliver profitable strategic initiatives. We are frequently consulted through expert networks such as Alphasights, Thirdbridge, Gerson Lehrman, Clarity and Coleman. In addition, we are often hired by private equity firms to carry out commercial due diligence for acquisitions in the food & drinks industry. Usually, one of our senior consultants will join the Board and/or MT of our client and continue to support the business and be available to the general management to help on any issue. Our expertise includes:  Brand building and strategic restructuring in the European on-and of- trade markets (EEA + UK)  Grow business with both on-trade wholesalers and multiple retailers in key markets in the EEA and the UK  Focus on improving product mix to increase profitability.  Develop business plans for each single market and secure its implementation.  Setting up and managing multi-disciplined teams and resolving any conflicting priorities.  Building client relationships that result in revenue and profitability growth  Carrying out commercial due diligence for private equity firms for their M&A's in the drinks industry.
