About Wirepoints

Wirepoints is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization dedicated to telling the truth about Illinois’ financial and economic condition. We are fiscal realists that oppose the failed, bipartisan governance that has perpetuated Illinois’ decline. We provide research, analysis and news in a way that’s understandable to ordinary citizens. And we are committed to promoting policies that will make this state competitive again in tax burdens, public services and economic opportunity.
