About WITHIN Life Coaching & Healing NV

WITHIN Life Coaching & Healing NV was founded on May 14, 2014 by Tariq Sadiek (1981). We guide individuals and teams to make work smart, simple and joyful. For this we have a holistic approach and we look at the total person. In practice, we use five pillars: Purpose, Happiness, Health, Performance and Wealth. These pillars influence each other. By aligning them within yourself and within the team, we get the best out of individuals and the teams. With our coaching & training expertise and experience in Corporate Culture, HR, Team Leadership, Processes, IT, Family Businesses, Construction Technology and Energy Healing, we investigate how we can use which strategy to create the desired situation together. With 19 coaches we form the Within Community, all trained according to the Potential Based Coaching Systems of Dr. Harold King (1935). We believe that leadership starts with ourselves. We have built in the tools for this. By becoming aware of this, we can inspire ourselves and the people around us. We are passionate, driven and happy to guide you on your way. Our vision People who live a balanced life. Our mission Guide people to (re)discover and use their built-in self-healing capacity. Our values Love, Power, Intelligence, Simple, Effective, Fun, Excellence… Our philosophy The answer lies within you. We have a “Total human being” approach. Every individual has a treasure within them, so does every company. We work with the Power of Love, Power of choice, Power of Silence, Power of Thoughts, Power of Words, Power of Now.
