About Wolf Hill Investments

Wolf Hill Investments is a veteran-owned volumetric modular commercial real estate development platform focused on solving the U.S. housing crisis through scalable, sustainable, and community-aligned strategies. Wolf Hill specializes in Build-to-Rent (BTR) modular housing to deliver dignified and affordable housing supply across underserved markets. By leveraging innovative construction methods, disciplined underwriting, and regionally targeted growth, we deliver cost-efficient housing solutions that support upward mobility for rent-burdened Americans. Our platform enables for expeditious deployment of housing supply while creating long-term value for investors, municipalities, and residents. Wolf Hill does not participate in government-subsidized affordable housing programs or rely on tax abatements. We believe these mechanisms often create long-term distortions in housing markets and place undue strain on public resources. Instead, our approach focuses on market-based, scalable solutions that deliver attainable housing without compromising fiscal responsibility or community integrity. At Wolf Hill, we build housing ecosystems that drive economic resilience and empower communities.
