About Women In Construction Leadership and Networking Conference

Women In Construction, Inc. (WIC) is the premier forum for professional growth, development, and networking in the build industry. WIC provides construction professionals with opportunities to advance their careers, foster connections, and make lasting impacts in their communities. Since 2006, WIC has provided an avenue for construction folks to learn from senior executives and industry professionals. Annual activities include a leadership and networking conference, periodic stewardship and mentorship events, and fundraising on behalf of other mission-aligned organizations. A portion of conference proceeds will be donated to mission-aligned causes. In the past, WIC has contributed to the ACE DC Mentoring Program (which provides scholarship and mentorship opportunities to high school and college students pursuing careers in architecture, construction and engineering), the Grace Gold Memorial Scholarship Fund and Hard Hatted Woman.
